29th August (Sunday) - THIRTEENTH SUNDAY OF TRINITY.

Rev Mike Wilkins speaks at both services on the subject 'Victory - Share It.'

There are now NO EVENING SERVICES until 19th September!

4th-5th September (Weekend) - YOUTH GROUP WEEKEND.

This is a visit to Chesil Beach and places should be booked via Domni.

5th September (Sunday) - FOURTEENTH SUNDAY OF TRINITY.

Rev Simon Holland speaks at both morning services on the subject 'Overwhelmed By God.' At 10.45am the service is Holy Communion.

There are now NO EVENING SERVICES until 19th September!

12th September (Sunday) - FIFTHTEENTH SUNDAY OF TRINITY.

The 9am service is Holy Communion led by Rev Margaret Tooze with Rev Mike Norman at 10.45am. The topic at both services is 'Overwhelmed By History.'

There are now NO EVENING SERVICES until next week, 19th September!

19th September (Sunday) - SIXTEENTH SUNDAY OF TRINITY.

The subject this week at both services is 'Overwhelmed By The Task.' Sue East is the speaker at 9am followed by Rev Simon Holland at 10.45am.

This week we resume our evening services with Holy Communion at 6.30pm. This is led by Rev Simon Holland.

26th September (Sunday) - SEVENTEENTH SUNDAY OF TRINITY.

Holy Communion this week is at 9am led by Rev Peter Norman. At 10.45 the leader is rev Simon Holland and the topic at both services is 'Overwhelmed By Grace.'

The evening service is 'SPACE' at 8pm.

2nd October (Saturday) - FAMILY ACTIVITY DAY.

This takes place in the Crypt and garden. Further details to follow.

3rd October (Sunday) - SPECIAL MORNING SERVICE.

Both morning services will be at the same time as the Bishop of Bath and Wells will be blessing Rev Mike Wilkins on his ordination.

10th October (Sunday) - CAFE LIFE.

This takes place from 4.00 till 6pm. More details later.

19th October (Tuesday) - HARVEST AT CRANHILL.

One of our home groups leads a service of Harvest Thanksgiving at Cranhill Nursing Home.

21st December (Tuesday) - CHRISTMAS AT CRANHILL.

One of our home groups leads a service of Christmas Celebration at Cranhill Nursing Home.

May 2011 (Weekend) - PARISH WEEKEND AWAY.

This is a weekend away at Lee Abbey for all church members and families.

Phone Muriel Venning with your requests and they will be placed on the prayer chain.

• The Parish Church St Swithin's is now OPEN for casual visitors on WENESDAYS from 7th April until 22nd September 2010.
• On other occassions special arrangements can be made via the Church Office. (01225- 789168), or by arrangement through the Crypt Cafe staff.

MUMS AND TODDLERS.

Every Thursday, 10am - 12noon in the Church Cafe. At present we have a waiting list.

FUN CLUB 2010

First Tuesday each month.

• September 7th - Harvest Lunch.
• October 6th - Live Music Now!
• November 2nd - Games Afternoon.
• December 7th - Christmas Lunch.
• January 11th 2011 - New Years Party.
• February 1st - AGM and tea.
